October is Texas Wine Month and as part of that "event" we are proud to Welcome
Bob Young, M.D., the owner and winemaker at Bending Branch Winery of Comfort, Texas.
He has initiated some groundbreaking technology, including bio thermo/cooling known as "flash" and they are world leaders in cryomaceration. To this technology, they have grown and sought grapes from the Texas Hill Country as well as the Texas High Plains that "do well" in Texas climatic conditions. They have won numerous awards--- one being the "Top Texas Wine" at the 2014 Houston Livestock and Rodeo International Wine Competition! Also attending will be Jennifer McInnis, General Manager. The date is Thursday October 12,2017 with appetizers starting at 7 pm!
